Shipping & Delivery Policy – WeareDogs

Welcome to WeareDogs! We work hard to ensure your pet’s favorite products reach you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Currently, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• During festivals, sales, or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated!

3. Delivery Time
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 days.
• You’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Some bulky or special items may have additional shipping charges (mentioned on the product page).

5. Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
• If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO) and re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can also log in to your WeareDogs account to track your order status anytime.

7. Delays & Exceptions
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• WeareDogs will not be liable for such delays but will always help coordinate with courier partners.
