Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – WeareDogs
At WeareDogs, we want every pet parent to have a smooth and happy shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice intact.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Pet food, treats, supplements, or edible items
• Grooming and hygiene products (like shampoos, brushes, etc.)
• Customized or personalized items
• Toys and accessories that show signs of use
3. Exchange Policy
• Exchange is available only for size issues on pet clothing and harnesses, subject to stock availability.
• Shipping charges for sending the item back will be borne by the customer, unless it was a wrong or defective delivery from our side.
4. Refund Policy
• If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via store credit or coupon of equivalent value.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Please email us at info@wearedogs.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, reason for return, and a clear image of the product (if damaged/defective). Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
6. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
7. Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above. All decisions by WeareDogs will be final and binding.
